Miles Sound System SDK 7.2a

Q:

Where is the Miles source code? How can I rebuild it (in debug mode)?

A:

Almost all of the source code is included with Miles. How you rebuild it depends on the platform:

To build Miles on Win32/Win64:

1) Edit setdirs.bat in the "\src" directory and modify it to point to your installation of Microsoft Visual C and MASM (use short pathnames).

2) Run the Debug.BAT or the Release.BAT files in "\src\sdk", "\src\tools", and the "\src\examples" directories.

To build Miles on MacOS:

1) Load the miles library project, miles filters project, and the miles asi project files in the "/src/sdk" directory into CodeWarrior and do a rebuild all.

To build Miles on DOS:

1) Edit setdirs.bat in the "\src" directory and modify it to point to your installation of Watcom C and MASM (use short pathnames).

2) Run the Debug.BAT or the Release.BAT files in "\src\sdk", "\src\tools", and the "\src\examples" directories.
